Dan got started with his first property in San Francisco in the 1970’s and has been enamored with real estate and property management ever since. His investment territory currently extends into eight states. Now easing into semi-retirement, Dan still pursues investment opportunities and takes pride in maintaining high quality throughout his portfolio and organization.

Jen grew up in the Bay Area and has been working with Dan at WMG for over 28 years. Early on, she got her California Real Estate License and has been helping to build the business ever since. As CEO, she leads by example, taking a hands-on approach with tenants, leasing, and acquisitions while overseeing daily operations of a portfolio totaling nearly 1.5M Sq. Ft. and upwards of 800 units.

With years of Real Estate Accounting experience under his belt, Roberto is more than qualified to lead WMG’s Accounting team. His knowledge of CAMS and tax preparation, as well as his innovative use of technology, has helped to streamline our processes and procedures in a dramatic way.

Sally's background in remodeling and construction, including roofing, painting and architectural and structural welding, gives her first-hand knowledge and understanding when coordinating the maintenance, repairs and improvements at each of our properties. Even as VP, she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Her network of contractors enables WMG to provide quick, responsive service.
